Cheesy Spinach Crepes (Cheelas) INGREDIENTS For the Pancakes: 1 cup green moong dal (spit green gram)1 tsp salt1 small green chili2 cups Spinach puree For the toppings: 4 carrots, grated4 tomatoes, chopped finely½ cup grated coconut½ cup coriander, chopped1 tsp salt100gm Katharos Feta Cheese For the Spinach Puree: 2 ½ cup of chopped Spinach when blended gives 2 cups of Spinach puree METHOD Soak the Moong dal in water for 2 to 3 hours and then drain the waterBlend the soaked moong dal, slat and chili, transfer to a bowlAdd the Spinach puree to the mixture and stir wellHeat the griddle, and pour the batter on it.
