Katharos Foods was born from a need for a pure product which was completely bereft of any chemicals or preservatives. While leading a plant-based lifestyle, she really missed a good clean cheese with her salads and pizzas. Jasmine spent a lot of time researching and experimenting to create a healthy cheese which could also taste good even after a few months on the store shelf! Her perseverance paid off and Katharos Cheeses were debuted in 2019 — India’s only Vegan cheese without any chemicals, preservatives, oil, soya, dairy or gluten.
